I told him that my wife and I would be coming in the following day from Youngstown Ohio (a two hour drive) to look at it, the following day (Saturday 11/1/25) I called him at approximately 12:30 pm to ensure that it was still available. When we arrived, Niko met us at the door and advised us the vehicle had just been sold, but they had many other vehicles to look at. He claimed he was going to call us. But he didn't. As far as I'm concerned Kenny Ross Mazda is the kind of Dealership that makes you hate buying a car, and I would never do business with them or recommend them to anyone. More

Sue (salesperson) and the dealer was very professional and responsive during the sale of our vehicle. And they were very helpful after the sale when our LoJack system wasn’t operating properly.
