This service department has made expensive repairs on my vehicle that did not repair the problem. Then when the vehicle was brought back; because the same issue remained < 5 miles and < 12 hours after the vehicle that did not repair the problem. Then when the vehicle was brought back; because the same issue remained < 5 miles and < 12 hours after the repair, I was charged another absorbent amount. Have lost any trust or fate in this shop. I would not trust them to repair anything from this point forward. More

My daughter broke down on her way back to college just 40 miles short of making it back her car started smoking from a busted coolant flange. Had it towed to the dealership not knowing who they were only kne miles short of making it back her car started smoking from a busted coolant flange. Had it towed to the dealership not knowing who they were only knew I needed her car fixed asap bc we live in the panhandle and I just googled and said tow it here. The next morning around 7:30 am I get a call saying they have the car and could have the part the next day. They were so nice and helpful and actually helped with lowering my cost bc this was a unexpected cost for a single mom. This will definitely be our go to place for my child while she is at USF for sure. Thank you for the great service. More
