I had a recall it took 4 months to get it done I called to schedule it got hung up on ,called got answer machine no call back ,when I talked to a agent they said they would call me back never did I was ver to schedule it got hung up on ,called got answer machine no call back ,when I talked to a agent they said they would call me back never did I was very disappointed with the service I scheduled it they told me to come in I did and they sent me home because they didn’t have the parts , finally I called and they them months later and they told me to bring it in and finely was able to get recall done don’t know who dropped the ball but that’s no way to run a business More

I was told not to make an appointment for an oil change when I called, so I asked what the wait time was and was told it was an hour. I decided that wasn’t too bad so I stopped in on Monday the 14 around 1 when I called, so I asked what the wait time was and was told it was an hour. I decided that wasn’t too bad so I stopped in on Monday the 14 around 1-130. When I asked about how long it would take I was told an hour, hour an a half. I agreed to that but also let them know I needed to leave by 3 because I had to pick my son up for an appointment. I sat, waited and next thing I know it is 325!!! I went to the service department and asked what was going on and told my car was just being finished. Got my stuff, paid and left. I got really upset when I looked at my paperwork and saw that my vehicle was never even started on until 305pm!?!?!? I found this so unexceptionable and incredibly infuriating, because of this I never left until 340ish which made me over a 40-45 minutes late picking up my son from his school and I had to cancel and reschedule his doctors appointment because we would have been also 40-45 minutes late and they only hold the appointment time for 15 minutes. This was so unexceptionable and horrible customer service. More

Ordered some parts that i didn’t know it was a Special part and they made me pay a 10% fee on those items i didn’t even need. Then got what i needed and it was the wrong part it was a dude in parts dept w part and they made me pay a 10% fee on those items i didn’t even need. Then got what i needed and it was the wrong part it was a dude in parts dept walking around all mad like i knew i couldn’t return the item. Then gave me parts for my truck that wasn’t even messed up. Waited 3 WEEKS for a hose. Ultimately we couldn’t just order a hose and they gave me a heater hose instead. Regardless i paid $650 for this and i feel like i deserve to be compensated in some sort. Mike was a pleasure to work with very easy so i thank him. More
