Mike is an out and out liar. Do not trust him. He told us out vehicle was ready for pickup and charged us nearly $900. The vehicle didnt start and he said "maybe the battery is Do not trust him. The vehicle didnt start and he said "maybe the battery is dead" but in fact, he instructed people to push it it from service to the lot because it didn't start. Seems unbelievable, I know! I've never had an experience like this and don't want anyone else to have to go through this nightmare. More

I was just in for routine service, which went very smoothly. Arrived early in the morning, but would prefer to be able to make a timed appointment. I only had contact with Amy in person. I've been smoothly. Arrived early in the morning, but would prefer to be able to make a timed appointment. I only had contact with Amy in person. I've been bringing my last three Jeeps there for service, and have purchased the last two there. Location is important and the effort to upgrade the facilities is successful. My only criticism: cut the volume on the radio music. It was very annoying while waiting, as it's not everyone's taste. Try some easy-listening non-vocal if you must, at a much lower background volume. More

Diagnostic costs a lot, but luckily I knew my batteries were dead. Got both main and aux battery changed for a little under 800$ Took about 2 hrs due to me asking for a rush job due to a an early flight. were dead. Drive great to Chicago and driving to Virginia soon and hopefully it’ll drive great. Wasn’t given much education, but service was great otherwise. Team members weren’t annoyed when I kept asking how much longer which was nice as well! More
