I’d recommend the dealer because it’s the closest one in the county to me. Never had a problem with service and this new purchase was my 3rd Hyundai since 2016. No personal instructions for a complicated car. Friends who bought different brands attended classes. Salesman was new and didn’t know much about Genesis. I assumed a luxurious car like Genesis wou Friends who bought different brands attended classes. Salesman was new and didn’t know much about Genesis. I assumed a luxurious car like Genesis would have power steering wheel, power mirrors, and most importantly, sensors on front and sides for proximity. I would not have bought this car if I’d known it didn’t have sensors. I’m not using my narrow garage; I’m uncomfortable in parking lots. I plan to trade it in a year or two for a Lexus with sensors like I had for over 30 years. Very disappointed. I wanted to pay cash but was told I had to finance for at least 3 months to get deal offered. Realized later dealer made money from interest I had to pay. I am an 80-year-old woman. More
