For the most part I was satisfied with the salesman and other man who took care of the paperwork. The were both courteous and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was purchasing. They answered my questions patiently and were solicitous of any concerns I had. The only issue was the condition of the wheel covers. Before we purchased the vehicle my nephew noticed damage on the front of the wheel cover on the passenger side. We brought this to the attention of the salesman and he told us they would take care of that issue. Unfortunately we didn’t take a photo of the damage. When we picked up the vehicle my nephew noticed that the wheel cover remained damaged and additionally the other 3 wheels were also damaged. They were undamaged at the time of the purchase. My nephew thought that the 3 wheel covers were replaced with damaged ones since he definitely would have noticed the damage when we first looked at the car. The salesman denied my nephew’s opinion of the issue. We did leave with the car I purchased in spite of our unhappiness of the situation. Lesson; always take photos of vehicle you intend to purchase!! More

Very attentive, thorough and acknowledgable. I ordered my car on March 18th 2022 and I was always kept up to date with a ETA on the delivery which I was able to pick up the car on May 13th. Sales, finance and service departments need to better coordinate on vehicle pick up day. I leased my 2022 XT6 from John Nassour and the experience was terrific. John helped me equip the vehicle as I desired it for a much more reasonable price than other dealerships in the tri-state area.
