I have always LOVED Sarant and all of it's EMPLOYEES and still do! This is the first time I am not rating the dealership a 5, and even that might be a little unfair. I feel I was strung along waiting for a vehicle, Lyriq, that still hasn't happened, leaving me to settle for a car that in my opinion doesn't live up to Cadillac standards, the CT5. Probably the last Caddy I will ever drive. PS Just like restaurants, you have to pay an "inconvenience fee" (not mentioned until AFTER the transaction) if you use your credit card, but unlike restaurants, leaving a bad taste in your mouth. More
