Michael made the process a breeze and exciting rather than stressful! I can not say enough positive things about my experience buying my new car. Michael helped me set up everything! Kia Access app, my audio settings and Apple Car Play!! I came into this dealership because of the radio jingle, fully prepared to be stressed out or disappointed on my only day off in 2 weeks. I was actually baited in a bit with a "deal" that didn't even apply to me...(Jordan) Michael, despite having to break the news to me about the "sale" not applying. Michael is why I chose to stay and make a long term investment in my Kia K5 GT and in this dealership! I was so nervous about taking the leap and buying a new car. I drove an hour to this dealership. I fully expected to waste my whole day off haggling. I was very divided between Nissan and Kia. Michael gave me all the information in a respectful, non pushy way. He is most definitely why I chose to go with Kia! The whole process was a breeze and I was finished by early afternoon, just in time to go enjoy a fabulous late lunch. I couldn't recommend anywhere else that would offer this level of personalized customer service.
