The only negative thing I would have to say was when we went to do our financing paperwork, the person we worked with was rather rude which made the last step of buying a car not fun. Everyone else at this Russ Darrow was amazing and I would highly recommend : ) If I were to rate the finance worker (not sure of name, but he is not listed) on all of the following, I would give him a 1. Everyone else was awesome so I gave 5 stars. More
