Kudos to management (Matt), who on a few occasions have involved themselves to explain the details of my deals, and to help me take advantage of certain offers (ie, military discount, seasonal promos). Working with finance is a breeze....Professional, courteous, and expeditious....all things I rank high in relationships such as this. And don't forget support....Chelsea gave me a thorough explanation of several of the features of my newly leased vehicle with which I was unfamiliar. Excellent tutorial! More

I met with Adolfo Marte as we have spoken over the phone a few days back to set an appointment. When we met he had the CRV Touring exterior and interior color that I wanted ready for a test drive. From speaking with Adolfo it was evident that he cares about the customers and more importantly he was very transparent throughout. He was very calm and courteous but very knowledgeable who’s is a big plus. He took his time explaining the procedure and was never pushy like some car sales people could be. He was able to explain any differences between the 2018 and 2019 models which was a factor in our decision. He also suggested a test drive which solidified our decision on our choice of car.
