I finally found the vehicle I had been looking for, but it was 250 miles away. I got in contact with them and was promised a competitive interest rate "that will beat your bank rate no problem", extra $500 it was 250 miles away. I got in contact with them and was promised a competitive interest rate "that will beat your bank rate no problem", extra $500 on my trade in and that I could use the Ford X-Plan on the Bronco. I was lied to on all counts. The salesman was incompetent and spent most of his time hard-selling me and talking in circles while pressuring me to buy the car. When I arrived, the "better finance rate" was .01% (yes, point zero 1!) lower. I was low-balled on my trade-in. Oops, X-Plan isn't available on the Bronco (after I went through all the hoops to get the codes). I was also charged $1000 for "Paint Protection" (a known scam) and $399 for wheel locks (this is a grossly inflated price) without my consent (once I got there I very strongly said "I don't want them" and was told "we can't take them off") or being told of either charge in advance (or even after I got there, I found it in the paperwork later). Was rushed through the process but with all the pressure I had no time to read anything and questions were brushed off. Also given no paperwork to speak of on the so called paint protection and no itemized bill for the charges. After the runaround over a week of phone calls and several lies of "we'll get back to you today". The salesman did call once and gave nothing but excuses "I'm new at this new car thing"... no apologies, no nothing. I was promised a refund on ONLY the wheel locks and that took weeks to arrive. Absolutely horrible experience, I do not recommend buying anything from this dealership. Especially if you are a single female, watch out! More

I went into Serra Ford Rochester Hills to look at all my options of turning in my lease early. Jacob Berger spent a lot of time with me and went over all kinds of options. They offered me a good price to buy me out of my lease. I was able to purchase a used car with low miles at the cost range I wanted to be in with a low interest rate. They were all very friendly at the dealership and answered any questions I had. I had one concern with brake dust on my wheels after I had my car for only a week. I called Jacob and the Service Dept. Manager explaining my concerns about my brakes. They looked at my brakes, cleaned up the brake dust and confirmed there were no problems. I was very happy with my experience at this dealership and would highly recommend them to anybody. More
