I had great service. But I was a bit confused about where to check in. There was a door to a little room that said “reception” or something like that. And later on when I was there to pick up my car there was someone inside but the door was locked. So I had to go find someone to help me get my car checked in and out. But other than that, the service was excellent. More

I bought my car brand new from Lithia Nissan of Fresno. Never had an issue with the car itself. I’ve had the car since 2018. However I think the service ( car maintenance) has gone down over the years. Usu Never had an issue with the car itself. I’ve had the car since 2018. However I think the service ( car maintenance) has gone down over the years. Usually they go over with me about recommendations. Last 2 times they have rushed me out. Basically they just hand me my keys and throw me out. I would appreciate some feedback on any recommendations they have that my car would need. At the end of the day they are the professionals. More
