Michael was awesome! My husband and I came in to test drive a Mercedes. I currently have a lease with Genesis that I loved, but I had never driven a Mercedes before and My husband and I came in to test drive a Mercedes. I currently have a lease with Genesis that I loved, but I had never driven a Mercedes before and my husband wanted me to just try one because he knew how great they were. After going on a test drive with Michael I was hooked! Michael and David in finance made the leasing process so easy and we’re so great to work with. I then met with Martin who went over all the entire car from top to bottom. After I got home, there was a minor hiccup getting my profile set up so I reached out to Michael and he was extremely helpful getting it all sorted out! Everyone we worked with was exceptional including Ms Mary, who was so welcoming whenever we came in to the store. More
