The experience was awful. Dropped the car off on Monday for one day and they did not return the car until 5 days later. Offered me all things I did not need and they never checked the oil leak. Less than a month later I had to return and they charged me another diagnostic fee. I would recommend going to another VW location. More

The management at Hamilton Square Volkswagen are the best. They greet you as you come into the building and they let you know what work should be done to your car when you bring your car in for service. best. Mike who took care of our maintenance service visit was very efficient, courteous & professional. I was so glad that I switched from a different location even though it’s 1/2 of the distance. The only negative thing I could say is that I was told my oil change would take an hour and it was an hour and 15 minutes. That's OK.
