VW is saying my Deisel is normal to burn 2qts of oil within about 5k miles . They changed my oil. At 35k started burning oil.. now at 64k... they purposely switched my oil and r3fuse to use the origina within about 5k miles . They changed my oil. At 35k started burning oil.. now at 64k... they purposely switched my oil and r3fuse to use the original.tjis is my 3rd Deisel and not one ever burned oil ESPECIALLY at 35k!! Anyone else being told it's NORMAL??? LMAO IT IS NOT NORMAL. THERE IS A HUGE ISSUE HERE. MAYBE SOMETHING TO DO WITH GOING ELECTRIC?? My SUV is being ruined with this new OIL!!. BEWARE THEY ARE SELLING SNAKE OIL. Take your deisel to a trusted deisel mechanic. VW is not honest All about the Benjamin's. A car with 35k to 60 k miles does not burn 2qts oil between changes. It's a flat out deception Anyone else have this issue??? More

I came in to the Service area on the fourth of April at 9:30 am. I spoke with Michael Kaye’s regarding my ten thousand mile service. We spoke for a while,and then I gave him my key. He proceeded to tell me 9:30 am. I spoke with Michael Kaye’s regarding my ten thousand mile service. We spoke for a while,and then I gave him my key. He proceeded to tell me how long I would have to wait for the completion of the service. I took a walk to Rick Valnoski’s office to say hello,and we talked for a little bit. Any time I’ve gone to Hamilton Volkswagen,it has always been a pleasant experience. Everyone in the Service area and Sales area should pat themselves on the back. They are a great crew. I’ve never had a bad day at Hamilton Volkswagen. More

We have purchased 3 cars from t his company and you do all our maintenance work. That shows our satisfaction but we are disappointed that our discount fell from 15% to 10% on work done on our cars all our maintenance work.
