The check sheet for 20,000 mile service seems very thorough, and of course appreciate that it was under warranty. My recent experience was not favorable, unfortunately. I had trouble booking my appointment initially because availability was very booked. I couldn’t book an appointment that enabled me to have a loaner I had trouble booking my appointment initially because availability was very booked. I couldn’t book an appointment that enabled me to have a loaner car because that availability was even worse almost 6 weeks out. My car took longer than anticipated to finish up and they ended up having my car overnight which was really OK with me. After I picked up my car the next day on the way home my car started to overheat and was an indication that the service was not completely done. This could have resulted in my engine seizing and was extremely dangerous for me to drive home with the car in that condition. More
