In the dealership world since when is it common practice to let someone walk out the door if they're paying cash. Said they don't haggle at all had to wait a total of 25 minutes for someone to even speak to to let someone walk out the door if they're paying cash. Mr. Michael Kay has been nothing but a gracious salesman and worked with us every step of the way. Issues with my bank arose and but with Mr. Michael Kay’s help, I was still able to leave the same day with and worked with us every step of the way. The whole buying process was no hassle. However the customer service part after the buy was non existent. My car died 3 times on me after leaving the lot. Opened the hood to have the batter However the customer service part after the buy was non existent. My car died 3 times on me after leaving the lot. Opened the hood to have the battery tested and found a ton of rust on the frame that was not disclosed to me. I called the next day and the sales person that helped us was off. i was told someone would call me back but it’s been 2 days and I’ve heard nothing. The reason for not giving you 1 star was because you didn’t hound us while we were there. More
