Great experience dealing with Michael Jepson in service. Went in for an a/c problem. Got that fixed plus a chronic loud idle noise that was traced to a crack in the catalytic converter--turned out that was Went in for an a/c problem. Intake process was good and I suggested that my air conditioning be checked and evaluated but Michael Jebson said it should be okay since my Forester was 5 yrs old. Once my vehicle service was completed, my service advisor was no where to be found, apparently on break and I had to have another advisor complete my paperwork. More
