Knauz should be embarrassed to charge $459 for a battery change; and then quote $2000 for a new alternator. The person in the Service Department, who gave us the prices and quote, is named Michael Dube.. change; and then quote $2000 for a new alternator. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE BY PERSONNEL 😀CAR! I CAME IN TO THE SHOWROOM WHILE WAITING FOR SERVICE. MICHAEL JACKUS IS BY FAR THE MOST PLEASANT AND UNDERSTANDING SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES I HAVE EVE I CAME IN TO THE SHOWROOM WHILE WAITING FOR SERVICE. MICHAEL JACKUS IS BY FAR THE MOST PLEASANT AND UNDERSTANDING SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES I HAVE EVER MET. HE ALWAYS SHOWS HIS INTEREST AND CONCERN AND FOLLOWS THROUGH WITH THE BEST SERVICE EVER. HE SHOWS INTEREST IN ACCOMMODATING MY SERVICE NEEDS. GARY GREETED ME AS I LOOKED AT THE ARRAY OF CARS IN THE SHOWROOM. AS HE WAS ATTENDING TO A CLIENT, HE THEN GUIDED ME TO PETER AND PETER HELPED ME WITH HIS EXPERT KNOWLEDGE TO SELECT THE BEST CAR FOR MY NEEDS. HE WAS PLEASANT AND GAVE ME THE EXACT INFORMATION I NEEDED TO MAKE MY PURCHASE. PETER KEPT ME INFORMED OF THE TIME OF DELIVERY OF MY NEW 2020 CAR. HE GUIDED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS OF THE PURCHASE. HE FOLLOWED UP WITH A THANK-YOU LETTER AND INFORMATION FOR THE FUTURE CARE OF THE CAR AS WELL ANSWERING OTHER QUESTIONS I HAD. HE INTRODUCED ME TO VIJAY WHO WAS VERY ADEPT AND LED ME THROUGH THE PROCESS OF PURCHASING THE CAR AND THE UPGRADES TO MAINTAIN THE CAR IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WHILE I OWN IT. HE WAS CAREFUL TO MAKE SURE I UNDERSTOOD EACH ITEM AND WANTED TO PURCHASE THE ITEMS. THEN BRANDON ADVISED ME OF THE TECHNICAL PARTS OF THE CAR. HE SHOWED ME AND MY SON-IN-LAW THE IMPORTANT THINGS I NEEDED TO KNOW TO DRIVE THE CAR AND WORK THE TECHNICAL ITEMS. BEFORE MOVING ONTO THE NEXT ITEM, HE MAKE SURE I UNDERSTOOD HOW TO WORK EACH TECHNICAL ITEM. ALSO I FIND THE STAFF IN SERVICE TO BE HELPFUL AS WELL. More

Excellent, I live in Arizona and buy my cars from Knauz I purchased a 2018 GLC and 10 minutes after delivery, the module controlling the entire vehicle faulted. I was told it would take 1 to 7 days to get t I purchased a 2018 GLC and 10 minutes after delivery, the module controlling the entire vehicle faulted. I was told it would take 1 to 7 days to get the part from Germany for there wasn’t one in the USA. Strah was instrumental in procuring the part and MB shipped the part overnight and within 1 day my vehicle was up and running. This expeditious service allowed me to maintain my schedule and return to Arizona, and I might add that this all occurred during the Thanksgiving Holiday week. He assures that everything is done correctly, from the moment i dropped off the vehicle till after the repair was conpleted. He listed to my concerns and after everything was set and done the bill was exactlt what was quoted in the first place and i found the charges to be absolutely reasonable! More
