My history with Brandon Hyundai dates back to 2014. Service has improved with new owners, but is still bad. The service manager told me he was there to protect his employees, not his customers. The Service has improved with new owners, but is still bad. The service manager told me he was there to protect his employees, not his customers. The service department rarely answers their phones. Policy has changed without notifying customers. New hidden service fees were added without informing me. I recommend going to Courtesy Hyundai of Tampa to buy or service your Hyundai. The parts department was great. More

Did not fix the issue my car kept having, and when i went back they only wanted to charge me more for stuff that i’m positive was not broken to begin with. The receptionist and Ed were both very sweet and ki back they only wanted to charge me more for stuff that i’m positive was not broken to begin with.
