Mike made the experience OK, when you read the reviews, unfortunately, you guys get poor reviews that we were forced to use you because only Jeep could fix our vehicle vehicle. Service took an hour and a half for an oil change. Back wiper blade was recommended to be replaced at ~$65 and a 10% discount was offered. I went to O’Reillys and it was $16. Always awesome service. Very fast and regular updates I was checked in and greeted right away. Didn't have to wait long for an oil change and tire rotation. Usually i expect to wait 30-45 minutes but my timing was perfect. One was just pulled out and mine went straight into the shop. I will be going back More
