The folks at Ken Ganley Kia Clarksburg deserves more than a five-star rating! I felt like a brat when I told them that I didn’t like any of the K5’s they had in stock. But boy oh boy, did they deliver when t a five-star rating! I felt like a brat when I told them that I didn’t like any of the K5’s they had in stock. But boy oh boy, did they deliver when they said they would get me in my dreamed up K5. From the loaded electronics, black rims, black interior, down to the panoramic moon roof! They had my dream sitting on there lot waiting for me in no time! And then it came time to do the dreaded paperwork. I told them that I didn’t have time to take off work and I wanted to be at the dealership with minimal time. These guys came through! They sat with me, went over the car, and gave me a tour of their beautiful building for when I came in for maintenance (that waiting area is top notch! Super clean and stalled with amenities)!
