Great experience shopping for a new car . Rob is knowledgeable, professional and patient. I bought my last Lexus 18 years ago and I needed a tutorial in the current models. I wanted more safety features despite having a perfectly great 2006 RX350. Went in for knowledge to begin my search and came out as a new Lexus NX owner. Felt respected and appreciated. Hard to give up a decent deal. Everyone I spoke with on Saturday was friendly and kind, esp., Rob. Glad it worked out for both of us. More

Service Service Service No Excuses, No pretentiousness, I have another Scottsdale dealership that is less than 6 miles away, I drive to Earnhardt Lexus for a reason. Customer service is d pretentiousness, I have another Scottsdale dealership that is less than 6 miles away, I drive to Earnhardt Lexus for a reason. Customer service is derived from the overall experience. It starts from when you enter the building how you’re treated and the follow up it also matters who the dealership is associated with For outside vendors. In this case windshield replacement. They use the same vendor with the same quality for a long time. My model Lexus is not made anymore. F models are rare, Trust is Paramount. In my eyes, I am a loyal customer. Five stars five diamonds, no matter what I would give these guys a chance to earn your business they have mine. More
