Over the last 2 years I have purchased 5 cars from the Avondale dealerships. I have high expectations when purchasing high end cars and Avondale has exceeded my expectations on every level. The class of this operation comes from the top down and Mr Grossman (CEO) seems to be always present at the dealership and takes a personal approach with you during the purchasing process. The Porsche experience is second to none. You are greeted by Melinda who guides you on in the right direction. She is warm, friendly and is eager to help. She offers you drinks, snacks ( and gummie bears if you like them). The sales team is outstanding and special nod goes to Michael Govias who was outstanding on several of my purchases. I would highly recommend him. He incredibly nice, honest, and down to earth. He is extremely responsive to texts and phone calls. When it comes time for service the Porsche Service is fantastic with Haji and Lenny caring for your vehicles. Both are very honest annd knowledgeable. Avondale (Porsche Grapevine) is the best dealership to buy from bar none. Our purchase was actually from their pre-owned inventory, nonetheless Michael Govias came to the table exceptionally attentive and buy from bar none. Our purchase was actually from their pre-owned inventory, nonetheless Michael Govias came to the table exceptionally attentive and provided a truly elevated client experience. Having a 4 and a 2 year old can make any situation, requiring even the slightest need for planning, a bit touch and go. It came as no surprise to us that we missed our appointment over the weekend. Michael, without hesitation, offered to bring the vehicle to us during the week. This worked out beautifully because we now had a lot less preparation to do on our end. The only time we actually stepped foot into the dealership was to finalize the paperwork since Michael would be personally delivering the vehicle once ready. There was slight delay with the reconditioning, but this was a non-issue for a couple of reasons, but most notably due to the trust built in such a short time by Mr. Govias—we knew without a doubt that he was monitoring the situation. The cherry on top actually came several days after completing the purchase when Michael personally drove out to our house to surprise Kacey with a birthday gift. He even thought of our little ones so they wouldn’t feel left out…incredible. Most purchases across various industries have become or are becoming commodified, so this was a very appreciated deviation from the norm. Timely follow up, ease of buying, and exceptionally personalized service made for a world class experience. Thank you Michael and thank you Avondale, we are now customers for life!
