Walked in with a turn signal problem & was told the problem would be taken care of & within half an hour, the car was fixed & was ready to go ! Amazing....thank you ! This dealership is the best dealership I've ever been to! Mike from sales was amazing from the time he answered my phone call asking if a car was available to the day we met, and made the deal. I lost both of my front hub caps on the DC beltway. I just had my tires rotated two days before my trip... 9/9/24. I was contacted by Carlisle CBGMC and we talked about the situation. We made our appointment for service and got the service set up rather quickly. They told us what the problem was and waited for our approval prior to fixing it. 2 engine check lite come on in 60 days. Waiting over week still no part. Warranty about ready to run out. Got quoted price of $300.00 now saying $ 331. And they take care of labor.
