Mike was very helpful in finding me find a vehicle with everything I wanted. My only question now is one could answer is when I totaled me other 2019 Subaru Impreza this month, I hit the front of my car an everything I wanted. My only question now is one could answer is when I totaled me other 2019 Subaru Impreza this month, I hit the front of my car and moved the transmission, then while spinning around I hit the front driver corner and bent the frame then spun still and hit the back driver corner side back door area. I have been asking everyone even called Subaru corporate to find out why my air bags didn’t deploy? I would really appreciate if someone could explain this to me. Thank you More

1. Very disturbing. 2. Next we were sold a 2016 Jeep by Great Lakes Toyota on Jan 2022 for over $28000 - It was a bad bad deal because they did not tell us at the time that in just a couple of year the Jeep would go to a piece of crap and this was normal for Jeeps. 3. Tryed to turn it in three years later they only gave us 4000 for trade in and said it was basicly a piece of crap and at a certain age thats what happens to Jeep. A little late to inform us. 4. Now we bought a used 2015 Sienna for $15,886.00. with the trade in of the Jeep at only a mere $4000 plus we gave you cash $15,624.00 in cash and still owed $20,305.56 to be financed. Something is wrong here !!!! We were told Hancock could not finance it because of Loan to Value ratio, however we thought Great Lakes Toyota had our best interest in mind and would get us the best deal. It seems we could not trust Great Lakes Toyota to do this., They financed the loan for 10.19% and Hancock will finance it at 7.49% without the service contracts. More
