We had set up a test drive, received an email confirming it and saw our name on the showroom board when we arrived, but it seemed as if they were not ready for us. We arrived at 1 p.m., took a short test drive, decided to buy but didn't leave the dealership until after 6 p.m. I'd encourage the dealership to work on expediting sales if they all take that long.
