The moment you walk in the door, you are greeted and welcomed to the dealership. As a customer, I always feel that I am appreciated and always treated well. I had leased my first Lexus from the Greenwood Village location in Colorado - I thought I had the best experience until I was proven wrong. I was misled in many ways by the location in Colorado: they said if I moved to Ohio, I'd have to drive back with my NX300 to surrender the car after the lease was complete. At Metro, I met Abed and his team, and they were confident enough to share that the instructions at the other Lexus location were indeed incorrect. I was relieved to learn that I wasn't required to drive 19+ hours back to Colorado to not only return the car, but to get a new one. I shared with Abed that I was considering purchasing a second property here in Ohio, and he was so mindful of the timeline I had since our lender was adamant about not purchasing a car until after the closing of a property. With tariffs being a huge swift within our nation's imports, Abed was able to schedule time to meet with me and my partner to test drive the 2025 RZ model. My partner does industrial and electric work, and he was impressed with the feedback and testimonies Abed was able to share with us: cost, efficiency, and safety. We weren't planning on purchasing that day when we went in, but we had a brief discussion and decided it was time to surrender the NX300, and have a fresh start with Metro Lexus with Abed. I'm so grateful for the impeccable experience we had, and I look forward to continuing our partnership with Abed and the Metro Lexus team. More

My first experience with Lexus and best decision I made. Turned out the car on the showroom floor I wanted sold and the extra effort to search closest dealer to find exactly what I wanted and have it transported speaks for itself. Trade-in offer and best price was exactly what I expected without asking and worth the extra wait to have the best car I have ever purchased even after being Acura customer for 12 years. What reinforces my purchase is the honesty and transparency shown throughout the process. And, the kindness shown to my son where they gave him a Lexus Bear making his day a very happy one!
