If you can not make a sale, make a friend Last December, my wife and I decided to buy a new car. I compared this to having a "root canal". We arrived and were introduced to Michael Galante a Last December, my wife and I decided to buy a new car. I compared this to having a "root canal". We arrived and were introduced to Michael Galante and my concerns went down the drain. He was extremely helpful and was very up-to-date on the 2015 Chrysler300c. After some time discussing the extras we decided to build our new car. During this time Michael was very understanding to all of our concerns. We both felt at ease with the process thanks to Michael's lack of pressure and his information about the different features of the car. After we built our car we left for 4 months in Florida. During that time we communicated by phone, email, and fax. We were scheduled to return the first of May and the car was going to arrive about the same time. We found out that the car was coming in two weeks earlier but Mike said not to worry as he would store the car until we returned. (A service that was way above the norm.) We arrived at the dealer and was blown away when we saw the car. It was beautiful, but I felt that i would have to return to school to study 'Automobile design". Mike said not to worry and he spent one hour going over the features of the car. We left with some knowledge of the car but Mike invited us back after a few days to spend more time going over my questions. What a guy. When Mike and I first looked at the cars in the lot I told him that I wanted three things to happen during our buying process. (1) I wanted him to make money (2) I wanted him to answer our questions honestly (3) when he gave me the key (fob) i wanted to feel that i got a good deal. Not only did Mike complete the three areas but he went far and above.all of them. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone that wants to be treated with respect by a super salesman. When teaching a class in "Salesmanship" I told them "If you cannot make a sale, make a friend" Mike did both of them. Looking forward to returning and spending some time with Michael Galante. More

Overall positive from start to finish Michael Galante was great from start to finish - spending time to work with us on the initial visit and then when we came back after we decided to pur Michael Galante was great from start to finish - spending time to work with us on the initial visit and then when we came back after we decided to purchase and we requested a second test drive on the car we were purchasing. He quickly accommodated us. He was very patient and even took a considerable amount of time to show us how to use the control panel and all of its functions. We never felt rushed. He also set up both of our phones. Mike really knew the car and how it operated and quickly answered any questions that we had about the car. He also recommended that both my husband AND I drive the car during the test drive which no one else had done. We did notice that there was condensation in the headlamps when we picked up the car and mentioned it to Mike but he introduced us to the service manager to let us know it is a common issue. He did make sure to note it on the invoice if there were any future problems since we expressed concern. The experience overall was very pleasant, we never felt pressured and we would definitely recommend others to go there to purchase a car. More

From start to finish Normally I wouldn't take time to participate in any survey, however due to my experience I felt it was important to give credit when credit is due. The staff overall were very friendly and what caught my attention was that my kids did not seem to be a problem with the staff they made them popcorn and gave them snacks which I thought was a good gesture considering my kids can be a handful. Most importantly my sales rep Michael Galante was why we followed through on the lease. Bottom line the guy knew his stuff and that made me comfortable. Thats what sealed the deal for me. More
