I remember it being a painful experience in the past but the guys are Cityside were attentive and very helpful. Most of my interaction was with Mark Lidano. He was always there to answer my many questions during my wait for my new car which was being shipped to the dealer. I even changed my mind about the color at one point and Mark called me that evening to talk through my options. He even sent me pictures of the other color I was considering so I could make an informed decisions. All in all the experience was top notch. More

Cityside had the car we were interested in, at a very good price. We arranged the deal over the phone, and I put down a deposit on the car. I was somewhat nervous about that since we had not actually seen the car but the sales manager assured me that if we decided we did not want to finalize the deal after seeing and test driving the car we would get our deposit back. Two days later we went to Cityside,, and the car was exactly as expected. The entire process was easy and quick. Everyone that we dealt with at Cityside was pleasant, friendly and great to work with.
