I was somewhat nervous about that since we had not actually seen the car but the sales manager assured me that if we decided we did not want to finalize the deal after seeing and test driving the car we would get our deposit back. Two days later we went to Cityside,, and the car was exactly as expected. The entire process was easy and quick. Everyone that we dealt with at Cityside was pleasant, friendly and great to work with.
