Perfect place to learn and shop with. They heard my budget, didn't make me feel compelled to buy and were very open to hearing my story of what I was hoping to find. With understanding and patience, they had the perfect car for me. Less than 30 days from when I first talked about what I wanted, to driving off the lot with that exact match. Before that, they found some things to top off the quality of the car - fixed the AC, topped off wiper fluids and changed car key battery. At the end, they told me about their state inspection / emissions deal for returning customers, and the next oil change as well. Was so easy and fast, I had to double check to see if something was missed - not a thing was missed. Car is still working wonderfully and the kids love the moon roof! More

Funny how my trade in was only valued at $6,300 but you had it on the lot for almost 2x that amount. Felt like I was bamboozled. Service dept left the inside my car dirty where they worked. Leased a new CR-V. Car had major issue with ABS system. No one had driven the car or inspected it. Started making noise on way home. Stalled on the highway. This is my 7th Honda leased from Martin. Very, very disappointed. Salesperson made no attempt to offer some type of consideration for the inconvenience. Hope I don’t have a lemon.
