I was greeted when I first pulled up with my vehicle and told that someone would be right with me. My service adviser referred my questions to someone who could assist. The quality of service is good and everyone is very friendly but everything is done through text automation, which is kind of annoying. I never saw my service advisor again after I was greeted and I ha friendly but everything is done through text automation, which is kind of annoying.
