Bought my first Jeep from Bonneville and I can say that it was pretty much my best experience yet. Mike Raymond went over and above for me and got it all done with ease. Had a problem and, once again, Mi it was pretty much my best experience yet. Mike Raymond went over and above for me and got it all done with ease. I have been purchasing Jeeps from Michael Raymond for many years. My sister was in need of a new vehicle, and yesterday I took her in and introduced her to Michael. Once again, Michael was able work with many years. My sister was in need of a new vehicle, and yesterday I took her in and introduced her to Michael. Good morning Donna, Not so pleasant experience currently as I received my 2022 Jeep Gladiator on Wednesday with multiple minor scratches on hood and fender flares. I then returned Thursday morning currently as I received my 2022 Jeep Gladiator on Wednesday with multiple minor scratches on hood and fender flares. I then returned Thursday morning (keep in mind, taking personal time) to have them removed and did not want my vehicle back until spotless. I received a call later that morning to come pick up my vehicle as it was complete. However same issues were still there and some not even addressed. Too say the least I am highly unsatisfied as I purchased a ~$60k brand new un-driven vehicle and have only been driving it back and forth to your dealership for repairs (that still have yet to be complete). Keep in mind that I have already signed papers to purchase the vehicle and have already started payments for a vehicle I’m completely unsatisfied with presently. Not to mention all the subscriptions the vehicle came with have been activated that I am unable to take advantage of as it will be in your shop for final repairs. I will need to take more personal time to drop off your/my purchased vehicle this coming Monday with no knowledge as to when I will receive back. This is both disheartening and completely unacceptable. At this point I would like to figure a way to reverse the purchase until I receive a completely satisfactory vehicle that’s worthy of both Bonneville standards and my own. Purchasing a brand new vehicle should have zero issues such as scratches or other flaws. My family have purchased several vehicles from your establishment and have received excellent vehicles. I hope this is an isolated incident. I would like to know how Bonneville can not only make this right but receive compensation for valued time, effort and anguish I have expelled currently. Keeping in mind that I have no knowledge of when I will received back a 100% satisfactory vehicle that upholds Bonneville’s reputation and standards. More

Just purchased a 2021 Toyota 4Runner Limited today! Tim Hogan is outstanding along with Dan Reitz, Michael Raymond, and Brian Unger who all made the process very smooth. Ed Bonneville - owner, also takes time to engage and be personally involved in the process. This is a dealership that cares about the customer…a rare find compared to other dealerships. More

I walked into service last Friday, to have my 2018 Jeep Wrangler serviced for routine service. Saw a 2022 Rubicon on the lot and thanks to Devin and Michael Raymond, purchased it and drove it home the next Wrangler serviced for routine service.
