Our experience with Walker and the finance guy was good. However 9 days after buying the odyssey, the check engine light comes on. We were given unclear information about the dealership on a Sunday. The sales guy gave me another van to drive but to get the maintenance/shop people to communicate and do absolutely anything in a timely manner is ridiculous . So for this reason specifically I do not recommend Southaven Honda maintenance department. More

Great place to purchase a safe luxury and reliable vehicle from. The staff are very warm welcoming and over the top just nice and welcoming take your concerns seriously like it’s their own. Cleaning s vehicle from. The staff are very warm welcoming and over the top just nice and welcoming take your concerns seriously like it’s their own. Cleaning staff on point. Complementary snacks are not your ordinary, other places offer popcorn coffee water and coco 😉.. the wait time not bad at all. An inviting lounge area with live tv or just play on your phone or have a conversation with others. If you want to eat a meal and spread out an area for that or do some work then an area like your in your living room. I’m very pleased with Southaven Honda. I was extremely impressed by the customer service at Southaven Honda. They worked overtime to make me a deal. I was willing to come back because it was so late but was told that they were open until the Southaven Honda. They worked overtime to make me a deal. I was willing to come back because it was so late but was told that they were open until the last customer left. The friendly atmosphere was like going back in time. I am very pleased with Mr. Webb!! He put aside his duties for the day to help me get not one but two cars! He speaks with the utmost confidence and is helpful and relatable! He Webb!! The salesman was hardworking and informative. He showed us several options. The finance manager was also great and very helpful. However, your payment review system is inefficient and was not abl He showed us several options. The finance manager was also great and very helpful. However, your payment review system is inefficient and was not able to clarify that we did have the money to pay cash for the car in the account. I found it very demoralizing, especially since we had to go back to the dealership two days later to deliver a cashier's check (at our expense) when we had had the cash in our account for 6 days. More
