Was traveling through Kansas City on my way to Denver on Sunday when the DEF system gave errors. This dealership was able to look at my truck first thing Monday and had it back to me by lunch. Although initially the service provided created a potentially very serious situation, Shawn Dearling took care of me and the situation with kindness i owning the responsibility of the inadequate serv potentially very serious situation, Shawn Dearling took care of me and the situation with kindness i owning the responsibility of the inadequate service. I left feeling still heard and valued but still uneasy. I give them a 4 for their efforts of trying to correct this situation. More
