Vehicle taken in for service exactly on time and came out of shop exactly when they said it would be finished. Text alerts kept us informed on progress. I booked my appointment online. I clicked the complementary Hyundai service box. The only box I clicked I get there to pick up my vehicle. They tell me I owe them $130. I asked them I clicked the complementary Hyundai service box. The only box I clicked I get there to pick up my vehicle. They tell me I owe them $130. I asked them for what and they tell me for my alignment I’ve only had my vehicle four months. I never asked for an alignment. Somebody read my paperwork wrong where it said complementary alignment check they thought I was asking you for an alignment so they didn’t alignment and then try to charge me. More
