well just to start I’am a dodge guy I like the 5. 7 motor and I have had fords so a Toyota ? I’am in construction and all the guy’s have Toyota trucks so I went to Simi valley Toyota and spoke to Mich 7 motor and I have had fords so a Toyota ? I’am in construction and all the guy’s have Toyota trucks so I went to Simi valley Toyota and spoke to Michael Diaz he had a good attitude and new his product the next day I went to ford it was the same old xx we can’t do this or that so I called Simi valley Toyota and said l coming over they didn’t hassle with hard sell pitch and they tried their best to give me a great deal , I think I will go back and get my wife a rav4 hopefully by the first I will give them a 10 star rating Thanks to all the people that helped us just one more thing that I just found out to use the features on my new truck I would have to subscribe to payed apps this was not mentioned to me and I think it should have been so I will not be using all the features I don’t think it would have made a difference in buying the truck but maybe it would have ? More

Tech messed up FIRST oil change in my new RAV4. And I had to immediately go back for a second oil change in one day. I was then called by your dealership for me to drive the 80 miles round trip ag And I had to immediately go back for a second oil change in one day. I was then called by your dealership for me to drive the 80 miles round trip again - for a complete review. My car does not run properly and loses power. You broke my NEW car and will not take responsibility. I was asked to come in for a complete engine review that Fred and Oscar would take care of. Fred never bothered to come out and see me or talk to me. I find this incredibly dismissive. I bought the car from your dealership. Treat me with some respect. The car does NOT run like it should. I lose power while driving and it is scary!! More
