Tech messed up FIRST oil change in my new RAV4. And I had to immediately go back for a second oil change in one day. You broke my NEW car and will not take responsibility. I was asked to come in for a complete engine review that Fred and Oscar would take care of. Fred never bothered to come out and see me or talk to me. I find this incredibly dismissive. I bought the car from your dealership. Treat me with some respect. The car does NOT run like it should.
