I’ve been going to this dealership for year before they were auto nation and ever since it was bought out the service has just been absolutely awful. So I got on the Car Gurus app to search for it and put in the exact parameters of the truck I was looking for. It came up right away, but the most beautiful truck popped up here in town, so I made the call and went to look at it. Everything was exactly as described. I gave them a price to meet for my trade and the truck, and they got within hundreds of both prices. In addition, working with Mike was a pleasure. I brought my own financing and there was never a push to go in house or anything. I told them what I wanted, they ran the numbers, and we made a deal. I had been going to carmax for years because I simply hate dealing with dealerships, but this was an entirely different experience. They were not pushy in the slightest, they didn't sell me a different car than what I wanted, nothing.Just a good group of guys at this dealership. I'll be a repeat customer. More
