The best experience I have ever had I was just about ready to give up on my search for a Cadillac Escalade it had been over a month of searching all the local Cadillac dealerships one wo I was just about ready to give up on my search for a Cadillac Escalade it had been over a month of searching all the local Cadillac dealerships one worse than the other the experience at this point had been very frustrating and as I wrote above I was going to revisit my search for the Escalade at a later date. On a whim I went on Edmunds.com entered my information and got a call the next day from Maria at Pine Belt she was extremely helpful and a pleasure to talk to it was because of her that I decided to take another shot at one more dealership, Now I live in Staten Island and Pine Belt is in Toms River a good one hour plus ride from Staten Island but something about this call from Maria had this good vibe and I went for it. Upon arrival I was greeted by the lovely receptionist and the owner Mr. Chris Bruno what a class act this gentlemen is, never had I experienced in my twenty years plus buying cars an owner so invested and accommodating in all phases of the process this is something you just don't see in other dealerships. Mr.Bruno introduced me to sales and leasing professional Mark Slattery. Now let me say this I know why his buisness card reads sales and leasing PROFESSIONAL because they don't come anymore professional than Mark Slattery within minutes of meeting him I was very impressed with his knowledge sincerity and eagerness to make my experience unlike the others I had just experienced over the past month and he delivered well beyond my expectations it was such a much needed experience as it brought back the excitement and joy that purchasing a new car can be. Within an hour we had a deal and with less than an hour before closing Mark concious and appreciative of how far out of my way I traveled arranged with Mr.Bruno and the finance department that everything would get signed and completed before I headed back home so the next day would be all about delivering the vehicle nothing else. It truly was an amazing experience Mark Slattery is the best sales professional I have ever worked with and Pine Belt is the best dealership I have ever dealt with and this is attributed to the entire Pine Belt family led by Mr.Bruno simply the best . Straight Forward Hassle Free After trying to deal with another small dealership, being led around and told we had a deal to find out that we did not, we happened upon Pine Belt Ca After trying to deal with another small dealership, being led around and told we had a deal to find out that we did not, we happened upon Pine Belt Cadillac for a Used Car Loan with no issues with credit rating. They had the perfect car, and the perfect Salesman. The deal was quick, painless and we feel we got the best deal we could have gotten. Eddie Castillo made the approvals happen with no problems, Louis Cerrato was so friendly and made us feel like family, from our ride to pick the car up to navigating the paperwork he was the perfect salesman. The Finance Manager Mike D'Esposito was also very efficient and took time to explain the details of the financing. WE are very satisfied with our experience, and of course the amazing car we now own.
