My first experience with DCH Freehold Toyota was an exceptional experience. When I arrived to a lot, I was able to walk the lot freely, inspecting the lot. I had an appointment to see a used car in their inventory. I arrived 15 minutes early, when I walked through the doors I was greeted and shown to my sales advisor that will be taking care of me. I mentioned the vehicle, I was interested in seeing the sales associate got the keys and a dealer plate and we went for a test drive. The vehicle drove exceptional. We sat back down at the desk and started talking Numbers. They were great and very straightforward we agreed on a number and got the paperwork going. Michael the sales associate was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and firm in certain aspects of the negotiation which I appreciate. I then turned to the finance department and the finance advisor Tommy, helped me submit my credit application and came back with an approval we closed the deal. Meanwhile, my vehicle was getting detailed and was ready for me five minutes after I signed all the paperwork. This dealership is one I would recommend 1 million times over to anyone looking to buy a New or Used vehicle of any make. These guys provided the best experience possible. I cannot thank you guys enough you have gained a forever loyal customer. More

Took my wife here to buy a used Jeep and dealt with Armando and the manager Mike Cueto. They even had an arcade game in the service waiting area which is great if you have kids while you wait but we weren’t there long at all they made it so quick and easy. On October 17, 2022 came to the dealership with my grandson to buy a used Toyota Corolla for him. We met this time with Ian-Michael Salon. During some intense negotiating (on my son’s part), Ian could not have been more polite, patient, and knowledgeable...We were more than satisfied. Also, kudos to the Sales Manager, Michael Cueto who “sealed the deal”. I highly recommend the dealership! More
