I was set to buy my vehicle then was told by the Sales Manager Bernard that I could not purchase the vehicle if I continued to decline the Warranty which was priced from $1500 to $4000. I was surprised an Manager Bernard that I could not purchase the vehicle if I continued to decline the Warranty which was priced from $1500 to $4000. I was surprised and after a few choice words for Bernard got up to walk out. I was stopped and it was no longer I had to purchase the warranty. Big mistake Very poor experience at this dealership. Very rude and arrogant individuals. After they would not honor an online quote until they were threatened with poor reviews and going to superiors, they finally made a deal, but the sales manager we dealt with was extremely rude and inappropriate and we needed to change to someone else. When I returned to get my car cleaned the next day, I asked how long it would take as I had to pick up my kids, and was told '45 min'. An hour and a half later, the car hadn't been touched, I had been forgotten about and was told, 'things happen, it will be another 45 minutes. You think you'll do better somewhere else?' This was from one of the managers. No one seemed to care in any way. I would recommend any other dealer. They HAVE to be better. More
