I just bought my daughter a 2020 Nissan rogue at this dealership over the weekend after a long arduous search and the experience could not have been better…The general manager Mike Cibellis and our sales dealership over the weekend after a long arduous search and the experience could not have been better…The general manager Mike Cibellis and our salesman Joseph Daoud were extremely attentive and most importantly men of their word ..(which doesn’t always happen when buying a car) And the gentleman in the finance department was also a pleasure to deal with.. BE AWARE ROBBED! !! I called in to come in and buy out my lease, Bret Shellhammer told me to come in the switch is super easy and fast. When I got there I spent FIVE !! When I got there I spent FIVE HOURS fighting them to NOT CHARGE ME FOUR thousand dollars for warranty . They we’re trying to convince me that I cannot buy this car without paying 4 extra thousand trying to negotiate until I said I will absolutely NOT buy it . Once that happened I was told ok but there is a fee that we have to charge as the Nissan dealer ship which is 3 thousand dollars and that fee is unavoidable . This was Approved BY SKYLER MILLER . After being there all day I ended up signing the paper work. OVERPAYING over 3500 dollars . Only to find out that they sold me my own car as a used car for more money. Instead of paying the 14000 that I was supped to pay I ended up paying over 19,000 !!!! When I was leaving messages and calling people at Nissan 46 no one called me back. Even the GENERAL MANAGER MICHAEL CIBELIS didn’t bother calling back . AFTER READIng MULTIPLE REVIEWS I SAW I WAS NOT THE ONLY ONE THEY DID THIS TO! ESPECIALLY AFTER BEING AFFECTED BY COVID AND WORKING COUNTLESS HOURS TO SURVIVE IM EXTREMELY UPSET AND GUTTED BY THIS SITUATION HOPEFULLY SOMEONE WILL READ THIS AND ABOID THIS CROOKED DEALERSHIP!!!!!! I called long distance to purchase a vehicle and was told if I did not give a cell phone number they could not help me. She went on to tell me that if I was doing a internet purchase they do not do those. I if I did not give a cell phone number they could not help me. I asked for the manager and said I could not speak with him unless I informed her exactly why i wanted to speak with him and that she would need to have him call me back and then proceeded to hang up. I asked her name and was told Lily, which I am sure was a lie. I called back to speak with the manager and got a different person and asked me what my business was with him and I said "about a car", she then went on to say I will have to take a message. I am not sure who the manager is but they refuse to allow you to speak with him. At this point I would not purchase a car from this dealership if they had the cheapest car on lot . More

I am sure there are lovely people working there but I will tell you my experience with a particular salesman Joe Daoud and his general manager Mike Cibellis. I am not to one to generalize but these guys, will tell you my experience with a particular salesman Joe Daoud and his general manager Mike Cibellis. I am not to one to generalize but these guys, especially, Joe, fits the stereotypical car salesman who tries to screw you over by any means. Not only he lied about someone else waiting in the next room to buy the same car to pressure me, typical cliché, but he also lied about the condition of the car. How convenient the person was waiting the day I arrived and instead of leaving their number for a call back they waited several hours in the room.. Also the the front bumper of the car was replaced (after telling me there was no work done on the car) something I noticed with my mechanic after getting under the car.. I contacted the general manager about the situation who was present that day and unsurprisingly I never heard back. Long story short, dishonesty at its best. Unless your dream car is in there, avoid the place or these two people.. More
