Elvis is truly the one and only king of New Century Kingdom! Elvis is a great sales manager! Let alone the fact that he will treat you as a personal friend. Let’s say for instance my current situation was a bit complex (very complex). I reached out other two BMW dealerships which I happened to be familiar with, and did not end up with a happy resolution. I reside in Alhambra, so I just decided to give it a shot. Elvis assisted me right away, throughly to my situation and options. I submitted the application and contacts me the very next morning to the dealership and close a deal. I was in disbelief since my two unpleasant experiences from other BMW dealership. Well I was trying to check out a X3 or X2 something not that extravagant, after a couple of hours of intense negotiations and paper protocols Elvis The One and Only! Did it! Along with very competent staff they were able to approve me and helped me drive out with a Brand New BMW 5 series! I will forever be grateful, not just because of the brand new vehicle which I love! But most importantly for the excellent and superb service! Family like service! It was an honor dealing with you and the rest of the staff.
