Great Customer Service Called this morning with a problem (not an emergency) they told me to come right over., I just assumed they would have to order the part and I would Called this morning with a problem (not an emergency) they told me to come right over., I just assumed they would have to order the part and I would have to return at another time. They were able to get the part the same day. My service advisor, Michael Casey was very professional, accommodating and got the job done. He had also advised me that I needed 4 new tires which I wasn’t aware of how low the treads were. I needed my car back by a certain time without missing a beat my Jeep had 4 new tires. I will definitely recommend this dealership as well as recommending Michael as a service advisor. More

Great Experience Overall with Service Department I started my lease about 2 months ago and unfortunately the right side of my Grand Cherokee had an air leak in the suspension line. Received a loan I started my lease about 2 months ago and unfortunately the right side of my Grand Cherokee had an air leak in the suspension line. Received a loaner car the day I dropped off my car for service and was kept up to date by Michael regarding the shipping status of the parts as well as what was done on the car thus far. Chrysler took longer than expected to ship out the parts but I couldn’t be happier with the service and attention received from Michael and East Hills Jeep. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy JCDR dealership. More
