Called numerous Ford dealerships looking for a new Truck. This would be my 9th Ford truck and wanted a specific truck That nobody had within 350 miles. Spoke with Buck at Jim Ellis who was extremely knowledg This would be my 9th Ford truck and wanted a specific truck That nobody had within 350 miles. Spoke with Buck at Jim Ellis who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He worked with me for 2 weeks to locate the truck I was wanting but nobody had an exact match. There were 3 that were close here in Atlanta one of which was at Jim Ellis. I decided to go look at it and see if they would give me the deal I wanted.Being in the Car business with Lexus for 12 years, I knew I didnt want to be there for 5hrs so I walked in Asked for the sales Mgr. Who Id found out was Named Shaun Barr and was upfront with what I wanted and that Id buy the truck today if we could come to terms with me telling them the deal I wanted and a yes or no to it and if not I understood but would be on my way. Shaun called Buck over got the keys to my truck had the used car manager appraise it while he worked on the #s I asked for. Within 10 mins no games no haggling he did the deal and we were done. THIS dealership is what every dealership should strive to be. Mike Buck was an absolute pleasure to work with and made the process seamless and easy from start to finish he is a true professional. When I was escorted to sign all my paperwork in the Finance office Irving Reyes had everything ready and was in and out in 10 mins.
