Awesome service department! We scheduled our Golf TDI for phase 2 emissions service with the other VW dealership in Dayton (where the car was purchased), and had the worst experi We scheduled our Golf TDI for phase 2 emissions service with the other VW dealership in Dayton (where the car was purchased), and had the worst experience imaginable (bottom line they were unknowledgeable & had a poor concept of customer service to say the least!). Ended up having to reschedule the service with White Allen VW, & wished we’d done so in the first place after such an efficient and pleasant experience. We will continue to use White Allen VW for all our service needs, and will recommend them as much as possible! More
