Mike, my salesman was knowledgeable, friendly and patient with all my questions; first car salesmen I've met that is truly genuine and informative (without being condescending), he even made the whole thing fun! I never felt a "hard sell" or the old "bait and switch" you get at some dealers. I've had some bad experiences buying a car esp being a woman. Mike was respectful, courteous and helpful in my search. The initial car I was looking at had sold (President's wkend) so Mike showed me many options, trims, and price points. During the finance/paperwork process (the part I hate the most!) Joe was fantastic! He took the time to explain each item, went above and beyond to research my options & make recommendations without the hard sell. And despite him being really sick that day he still made it all quick and easy, I walked out of there very happy and love my new Subaru! Thanks guys!! More

He didn't try to hardsell us anything for everything was already settled with Allison beforehand. Mike was accommodating in our special request of having a license plate with no unlucky numbers. I was in an unfortunate accident, rear ended on the highway and my car was totaled. I needed a reliable, cost effective car in a hurry as my job depended on my attendance. I had only had my car for 6 months, so being tipped in equity and having to wait on an insurance check I didn't know where to turn or how I was going to be able to get it done. I saw a car that seemed affordable and would give me great gas mileage on the Clay Subaru website so when I called and spoke to Mike he told me to come on in and he would see what we can do. I went in and loved the car, loved the experience and even in financing, while not sure if I could get a loan, while I already had an outstanding loan, everyone made me feel confident and comfortable and got the job done. I have sent a few friends to Clay and they have had an amazing experience at Clay as well. It doesn't matter if you are there to buy a new or used vehicle, they will put you into the car that is just right for you. More

There were no unexpected fees added late in the process -- the out-the-door price was what they said it would be from the start. I was impressed. More
