I can’t begin to express my disgust with this place. Bought two cars outright car. Over 150k with the extended warranty on both. Don’t believe me?? Look up Dorothy friant and Matt Friant. We have never had an issue until you decided to believe the dumb service tech who just started. I have the proof like you wouldn’t believe. The work was never done and your idiot tech called me to get my car that apparently was done. Go to desk and my car isn’t even listed as in there and why? Because the idiot never did the work! The mechanic handed me my keys and said “I won’t take the paper mat or tag off keys cause you will have to come back to get it done” the dumb new tech wasn’t there and no one knew what to do with us. You know what? I’m not wasting another minute typing. You have refused to call me and discuss what happened. Instead you put me on a do not call list when I have the extended warranty and can only come there and the work was covered under the warranty? You will see how dumb you look cause I stop at nothing. You ignored me one last time. See you in court but first I’ll contact the state attorneys office and bbb. Worst mistake you could do for the man who owns this place. And to think I’m two months shy of dropping another 100k there. Don’t worry we will take our business elsewhere More
