Was gonna purchase a car, drove 7 hours had everything set for them too try and deliver me a dirty unvaccumed m3 dirty cup holders with remnants of tobacco in them and smell of smoke. But the sales manager Michael Bolgar was the most inconsiderate and rude sales manager I’ve ever met thinking he had me into buying a car because I drove all that way I would’ve rather walked back too New York then purchase a car from him if that explains my experience better lol . Went to another bmw dealer in a different state purchased a M3 there with the best experience and management and staff who exceeded my expectations. More

I never write reviews unless they are positive, but I'm so disappointed with this dealership and the way they treat their customers that I decided to warn others. Once you purchase your car, they will disc so disappointed with this dealership and the way they treat their customers that I decided to warn others. Once you purchase your car, they will discard you. They act like they want to build a relationship, but they don't. They don't get back to you on any concerns and the managers are rude and condescending. I came in to ask a few questions related to my car service bill which was extremely high after owning the car for just a few months and I literally had to calm the manager down to get an answer. I understand some customers can be rude, but that's not the case here. I'm shocked by the way I was treated. DO NOT BUY, SELL, OR GET SERVICE at this location. I heard the same complaint from friends and family who purchased a vehicle or got service from this location, but I decided not to listen, bad move on my part. I'm so disappointed with this experience, the impression they gave me when I bought the car was not at all what happened immediately after I closed the deal. I will never go back to this dealership. Also, beware, the sales guys will keep emailing you and texting you until you give them a 5-star review on the BMW service app.; don't do it, wait to see what happens next. p.s. I do want to say that the car maintenance/service people are quite nice, but there's not much they can do for you beyond fixing what's on your invoice. Also, I've heard wonderful things about the dealership in Fairfax and will be trying them next. More
