Someday when we need another car we would DEFINITELY go right back to Steingold's. It's great to do business with people who still remember how to treat a customer. More

We found the Bernardo brothers to be very helpful in picking out a new vehicle. They were very knowledgable in the various cars in their stock and assisted with making an easy purchase. I came into the dealership with a very specific view on what I wanted, however my situation is a little special (because of where my parents live and what not). In the end we came to the best option for me. The staff were all very friendly, the building was great (they even have a very nice lounge for customers!), the cars were all top notch quality and the price was no nonsense, after buying the car I double checked the price online and it was the same price as what I payed. The dealership even through in something very nice for free (that shouldn't have been technically). I was helped from beginning to end and walked through everything I wanted to be walked through. A friend of mine (a professional driver and someone who has bought a lot of cars was amazing by the service Steingold provided. I hate giving perfect marks to anything but honestly I couldn't find a single thing to complain about with the service. This has sold me on volvos for life and if I ever need another car or someone wants advice I will point them to Steingold's first. More

I took my 2009 S40 in for service one day last week and I took my 2009 S40 in for service one day last week and left with a 2012 S60! I approached Stephen Bernardo and asked about "deals", and he explain I took my 2009 S40 in for service one day last week and left with a 2012 S60! I approached Stephen Bernardo and asked about "deals", and he explained the incentives currently being offered by Volvo and Steingold. I couldn't resist! Within a few hours I was driving home my new car. While the paperwork was being prepared, and my new car was being cleaned and prepped, Stephen was kind enough to offer me the use of his personal car. Michael Bernardo sat with me in the car to explain all the instruments and programmed the Sirius radio and Bluetooth for me. Both Stephen and Michael were extremely informative, friendly, and helpful, spending lots of time with me when I didn't even have an appointment. This is the fourth Volvo I've leased, and the second from Steingold. Most of my service on the S40 was done at a different Volvo dealer which was closer to my home and had late evening hours which was easier for me. I will, however, go to Steingold for all future service since my experiences at the other dealership almost always required a trip back due to work not done completely or properly. The professionalism and kindness of Stephen and Michael, along with the competency and courtesy shown by members of the service department have made me a Steingold customer for all future needs.
